Not abiding by contract conditions, not following protocols, abuse, aggressive behavior, and not returning deposits given were a huge concern and fairly demoralizing during the early days when we were building Livvehomes.com. But, gradually we convinced homeowners to have their homes onboarded with the Livvehomes.com, and as a result, a large number of homeowners in Bangalore and Chennai now rent their homes with us’”- Recalls Josy Mathew when asked about how was the people’s perception during initial days when he introduced his idea.
